talented team in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. With
more than 60 years of service in the community and a recently
expanded hospital, we’re ready for our next phase of growth—and
we’re looking for a leader to help shape that future.
We’re a
2-doctor (looking to add our 3rd!), full-service practice serving
primarily companion animals with a collaborative team culture that
values laughter, balance, and top-tier medicine. You’ll find the

The Medical Director
Opportunity
As our Medical Director, you will :
Serve as the clinical leader of the
hospital, driving medical quality and patient care standards.
Provide mentorship and oversight for
associate veterinarians.
Partner with the
Hospital Manager to manage hospital operations, including
budgeting, staffing, and workflow optimization.
Promote a collaborative, supportive, and
positive team environment.
Help identify and
implement new service offerings aligned with your areas of
interest.

5+ years of
clinical experience
Licensed (or eligible for
licensure) in California

$180,000 base salary depending on experience + production-based
