Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, customer service, and staff management.

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Oversee inventory management, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.

Train and supervise staff, providing ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensure a clean and safe dining environment.

Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve sales and profitability targets.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prepare and submit regular reports on restaurant performance, including financials and operational metrics.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar management role within the hospitality or food service industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food service operations.
