Pool Attendant

LIVunLtd is looking for Pool Attendants to join our growing team! As a Pool Attendant you are responsible, have a positive attitude, and have a knack for exceptional customer service. Under general supervision you are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and luxurious, smooth and efficient operational procedures within all amenity spaces of a luxury condominium. This is a full time and part time position.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checking residents into the pool area and providing them with correct daily wristbands
• Setting up pool area by ensuring all tables, chairs, and lounge chairs are in the correct place and clean
• Cleaning up and closing the pool area at the end of the shift, which includes taking trash to the proper disposal area
• Maintaining a clean pool area the entire shift, which will include wiping down tables/chairs, cleaning up after guests, if needed, sweeping, pool skimming, organizing game areas, etc
• Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality to all residents
• Ensure residents are adhering to all building policies and amenity rules
• Serving water to residents throughout the shift
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location upon request of the manager

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills, highly enthusiastic, be highly organized and have a high attention to detail
• Must be able to maintain an impeccable overall cleanliness of the pool area
• Should be able to solve problems independently and be able to work efficiently without constant supervision
• Must have flexible scheduling and be available to work am/pm, weekends, and holidays in the summer
• Seasonal Position
• Required to remain alert while sitting, standing or walking for various lengths of time

COMPENSATION

The pool attendant position pays $18 per hour.
