ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2008 and currently has a small but highly experienced team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years working for a life insurance agency, which gave me a strong foundation in financial services and helping families protect their futures. I also hold financial designations through The American College of Financial Services. Im married and have one daughter who inspires everything I do.
Were deeply involved in the community, sponsoring multiple events throughout the year, including a 5K race, a golf tournament, and a 10K race. Personally, I also volunteer at a homeless shelter every Christmas Eve and Christmas Day giving back is something that truly matters to me.
We offer PTO, annual bonuses, a hiring bonus once licensing is completed, and a Simple IRA to support our teams growth and well-being. Our culture is centered around learning, generosity, and continuous development. Both of my current team members have been with me for a long time, and together weve built a workplace thats both professional and fun.
Im looking for someone who brings expertise or a hunger to learn, someone who thrives in a collaborative environment where growth and giving back are equally valued.
