Your Role:
As a **New/Used Vehicle Sales Associate**, you’ll be the friendly face guiding customers through their auto-buying journey—from discovering their ideal vehicle to making the final purchase. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back and referring others.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with customers to identify their vehicle needs through attentive listening and questions
- Demonstrate and highlight the features of new and used vehicles, including test drives
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, explaining warranties, paperwork, and vehicle features
- Deliver vehicles and ensure customers are confident and satisfied with their selection
- Stay updated on the latest industry products, technology, and accessories to better serve customers
- Attend regular sales meetings and actively contribute to team goals
- Follow up with owners to foster loyalty, encourage referrals, and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Set personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards and work strategically to achieve them
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on progress, strategies, and professional development
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in automotive sales or a related field
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a competitive environment
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and technology is a plus
