HUD Environmental project management director

• Reviews complex Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) with subject matter expertise of HUD scopes of work as well as ASTM E1527 underwriting / debt level for lending purposes. May also perform site visits and prepare ESAs reports for others to review.
• Works with HUD and HUD lenders to resolve issues related to the findings produced in the environmental reports as well as to assist with supporting their solicitations for services.
• Subject matter expertise with reviewing and performing ESAs of most property types including gas stations dry cleaners campus / regional historic high-rise office retail industrial multifamily manufacturing etc.
• Subject matter expertise with recent HUD and FHFA radon requirements for multifamily testing.
