My client is a 150-bed facility offering specialized residential services for male and female adolescents, ages 12-21. This position also provides working with clinical and residential staff A demonstrated proficiency working with female population is preferred. Must also demonstrate superior verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills and the ability to train, monitor, and supervise staff in direct residential care.
