Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role is designed for an individual who can operate at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and organizational leadershipensuring that the CTO's vision translates into disciplined execution across teams and initiatives.

The Chief of Staff will serve as a key thought partner to the CTO, driving operational efficiency, cross-departmental alignment, and strategic technology initiatives that underpin the firm's investing, trading, risk management, operations, and data platforms.

Major Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Partner with the CTO to define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with the firm's investment and operational strategies.
• Manage and track progress on key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning processes across technology teams, coordinating input from engineering, infrastructure, and quant research.
• Synthesize complex technical discussions into concise, actionable insights for the executive committee.

What We Value

We anticipate the base salary of this role to be between $200k - $250k. In addition to a base salary, the successful candidate will also be eligible to receive a discretionary year-end bonus.
