Purpose of the Job Overview

Position Responsibilities :

• Assist in Recruitment : Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews.
• Candidate Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordination : Help coordinate recruitment activities, including career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
• Communication : Liaise with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Onboarding Support : Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and processes are completed.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Placement Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Administrative Tasks : Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR and Placement functions, such as preparing reports and maintaining files.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required :

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Location : Fully Remote

Timings :

Monday to Friday : 9 AM to 6 PM BST

Saturday : 10 AM to 3 PM BST

Must have a 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24" Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair and Quite place to work.
