Care Initiatives Hospice is expanding, and we're excited to announce the opening of our new territory in Muscatine, Iowa ! We are currently looking for an experienced Program Director to build and lead our Muscatine team.
Care Initiatives, created in 1989, is the largest non-profit single operator of quality nursing homes in Iowa. With over 40 skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa and eight (8) hospice locations - Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Greenfield, Albia, Waterloo, Manchester, Sioux City, Omaha, Nebraska. We're excited to expand our hospice care into the Muscatine, Iowa area! In this exciting role you will work with a team of professionals to build out our footprint of excellent care as we expand into the Muscatine, Iowa area. As a Program Director , you will be at the forefront of developing and leading an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care. You will play a key role in shaping the delivery of hospice services, ensuring both exceptional patient care and efficient operations. Initially, as the program grows, you will also serve as the Clinical Manager (RN) , managing patient visits from referral to admission and through the death process, while maintaining the highest standards of care, documentation, and collaboration. You will also be responsible for building relationships with referrals sources in conjunction with our Business Development team.
