Experience with other enterprise risk management platforms or processes. Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate IRM / GRC requirements. Design and document scalable, secure technical solutions within ServiceNow IRM. Configure and implement ServiceNow IRM applications supporting the full risk lifecycle. Develop risk artifacts : risk registers, assessment methodologies, and control frameworks. Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into organizational risk and compliance posture. Advise on platform governance, data models, and long‑term IRM roadmap. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and implementation teams. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IRM issues and provide ongoing platform support. Stay updated on ServiceNow IRM product releases, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Oversee automation of risk assessments, controls testing, and issue management workflows.

Project Overview
The Risk Controls Enhancements (RCE) initiative is an enterprise‑wide program to modernize and consolidate Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC) processes, data, and reporting.
Role Overview
The contractor will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. They will act as a subject matter expert in risk processes, guide technical teams, and ensure solutions align with architectural standards and enterprise best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years hands‑on ServiceNow IRM experience, with deep knowledge of GRC processes.
- 10+ years professional experience in risk management, GRC, or related fields.
- Proven success architecting and delivering large‑scale ServiceNow IRM implementations.
- Strong expertise in core IRM capabilities, including :
- Issue / Incident Management
- Loss Events
- Controls Testing
- Risk Identification
- Risk & Control Self‑Assessments (RCSA)
- Emerging Risk Programs
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow IRM suite.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and GRC best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
