Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Corporate Accounting Manager.

Role Summary :

  • Title : Corporate Accounting Manager
  • Overview : This is a key leadership role within the Corporate Controlling team, focused on managing core accounting functions related to debt, cash, leases, fixed assets, payroll, pension, and prepaid insurance. The manager will be a key contributor to the monthly close process, internal controls, and external reporting responsibilities, including footnote disclosures and audit support
  • The position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, SAP expertise, and the ability to lead a small team while collaborating cross-functionally across departments and regions

    • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate or operational accounting
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP required; experience with OneStream, Lease Accelerator, BI tools, BPC, or HFM is a plus
  • Strong technical accounting and reporting skills, with a deep understanding of month-end close, internal controls, and GAAP compliance
  • Prior exposure to Fresh Start Accounting is a plus
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact across functional groups and regions

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $130K-$145K (flexible for highly qualified candidates)
  • Yearly Bonus Percentage
  • Full benefits package
