Devops Engineer

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing CI / CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring smooth integration between development and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or GitHub Actions .

Deploy and manage applications on AWS / Azure / GCP infrastructure.

Write Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation .

Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes .

Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch , etc.

Automate routine tasks and deployments using Shell, Python , or Bash scripts .

Work closely with development teams to support DevOps best practices.

Maintain version control using Git and manage repositories on GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket .

Required Skills :

2–4 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.

Solid knowledge of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

Experience with at least one cloud platform (preferably AWS ).

Strong scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or Bash).

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .

Familiarity with Linux / Unix environments and system administration.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible .

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

Exposure to Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, New Relic).

Experience with security best practices in cloud and DevOps.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
