Workplace Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, from welcoming visitors to supporting company events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic workplace and excel in both administrative tasks and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities :

Greet visitors at the front door, manage traffic flow, and ensure a welcoming environment.

Handle deliveries by accepting packages and promptly notifying the appropriate team members.

Oversee the management and distribution of access badges, coordinating activation processes via Slack.

Provide event support, including assisting with activities such as holiday parties and attendee check-ins.

Collaborate with the onsite team to identify and plan for office needs proactively.

Participate in company events, such as learning and development workshops, to support organizational growth.

Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace by taking on light administrative or organizing tasks during downtime.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Proven experience in dispatching and coordinating schedules in a detail-oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in using tools like Slack for team coordination and communication.

Demonstrated capability in event coordination and supporting onsite activities.

Experience in employee engagement and fostering positive workplace interactions.

Ability to handle full cycle payroll and other administrative responsibilities, if required.

A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
