Job Location: In-Person, $30-$40/Hour (Based on Experience), Day Shift, Full-Time

Our client is a residential and light commercial HVAC services company, and they want you to join their team as a Lead HVAC Installation Technician.

Your day-to-day as a Lead HVAC Installation Technician:

• Lead installation crews for ductless mini-split and air-source heat pump systems
• Coordinate job scope, scheduling, and site readiness with internal teams and customers
• Perform advanced installation work including line set routing, vacuuming, flaring, pressure testing, and electrical connections
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems are fully operational, charged, and commissioned
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices on safety, quality, and best practices

Your skills and experience:

• EPA Section 608 Certification required, H3-T and H3-I Licenses preferred
• Experience leading residential or light commercial HVAC installations
• Strong technical knowledge of ductless mini-split and heat pump systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve installation and design issues in the field
• Comfortable reading job specs and working independently as an on-site lead
• High school diploma and ability to travel as needed
