We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about event planning, looking to gain hands-on experience in the industry. As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
Pay Range :
$18.7- $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and organization of events including logistics, venue selection, and catering
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event needs are met
- Help create event schedules and timelines to guide the organization process
- Participate in client meetings to understand their vision and requirements for each event
- Provide administrative support including managing budgets, contracts, and invoices
- Assist with on-site event setup, management, and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly
