Step into a key administrative role with a dynamic company specializing in property management and resident services. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career while managing financial operations, staff, and day-to-day property management tasks in a supportive and structured environment.

Hours & Pay

Monday-Friday : 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm + Saturday : 10 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour

Daily Responsibilities :

  • Financial Management : Post payments, process account receivables, reconcile daily accounts, maintain accurate records, audit resident files, and manage move-out charges and security deposit refunds.
  • Personnel Management : Provide on-site staff supervision, coaching, and training to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies. Foster a supportive work environment to promote team effectiveness and harmony.
  • Strategic Leasing Management : Ensure effective leasing practices, follow-up procedures, lease documentation, and accurate reporting. Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to maintain high resident satisfaction.
  • Administrative Management : Oversee customer service excellence, monitor service request responsiveness, maintain property appearance, and ensure timely completion of repairs. Assist with the supervision of all operational business functions.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to perform on-site software functions.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
