Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Oral Surgeon to join our thriving team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-production role with a proven track record-our departing associate consistently produced $1.8-2 million annually working just four days per week.

The right candidate will benefit from strong clinical infrastructure, a dedicated referral base, and a well-established patient flow while being supported on a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $250,000 with monthly production reviews
• Transition to Percentage-Based Compensation : Typically within six months, once production exceeds base salary
• Partnership Track Available
• Employment Structure : W2 during base phase; transition to 1099 once off of base salary
• Benefits :
• Board certification expenses, malpractice insurance, and association memberships
• Health insurance during W2 phase; self-managed during 1099 phase

• Standard four-day work week; alternating schedules with Fridays as full team days
