Pridestaff is currently seeking a Temporary Office Assistant for a steel manufacturing company located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a temporary project that will last 2-4 weeks. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
Pay Rate : $18-20
Shift : Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm Job Duties : The Temporary Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting the HR department with various confidential tasks that may including, scanning documents and uploading to confidential HR files, purging old files, tracking various projects on Excel.
Roles and responsibilities :
Scanning documents and uploading into computer system
Updating various reports on Excel (Pivot tables, V lookup)
Updating various training and employee files
Purging old files
Filing
Other general office duties as assigned by the HR department
Bilingual (preferred) Job Requirements :
Must have at least 1 year of related office experience.
Must have experience with scanning and uploading documents.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs as needed to retrieve banker boxes.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, or crawl.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
