A company is looking for an ABA Benefits and Authorizations Specialist to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Inform clients about ABA benefits and submit authorization requests for assessments and ongoing therapy
Work with Regional Directors and the Intake team to manage BCBA caseloads and resolve customer complaints
Verify Medicaid eligibility and ensure compliance with Federal HIPAA Regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2 years or more in a customer service role
2 years or more of administrative experience in the Medical or Mental Health field
Basic math skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
