Details : This position will be supporting the Business Office in the Fleet Management Department primarily in accounts payable. Temporary position. Provides experience to quality for future County employment. We would like to start with 3-5months
Hours : In Office. Mon Fri (8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm) or (7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm).
We are looking for an employee who will be doing data entry invoice processing reconciliation as needed and other clerical functions. The financial system that they may use is FASTER (asset inventory & work order system) and SAP. Basic Excel skills are helpful.
