Job Title : Program Director

Agency : City of Baltimore

Location : Baltimore MD

Duration : 24 Months

Rate : Depends on experience

• 15 years managing extensive multi-disciplinary engineering or capital programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of $200M portfolios (public sector preferred).
• PMP required (PMI)
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred
• Proven experience overseeing water / wastewater or utility infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated success coordinating with state / federal regulatory entities.
• Experience leading PMOs with 20 staff.
• Strong documentation governance and QA / QC discipline.
• Excellent executive-level communication and reporting abilities.
