Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Food Manufacturing)

Location : Confidential Food Manufacturer – Western Ohio (On-Site)

Salary : $65,000–$75,000 per year + Full Benefits (DOE)

A fast-growing food manufacturing company in Western Ohio is urgently hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable 2nd shift production teams to hit safety, quality, and throughput targets
• Manage daily production activities, eliminating barriers and resolving issues quickly
• Ensure strict compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, SOPs, and regulatory standards
• Maintain labor efficiency, oversee changeovers, downtime, and scrap reduction
• Manage staffing levels, attendance, performance, and training needs
• Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Safety, HR, and Shipping to ensure product flow
• Review production reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
