Your Job:

It is Indeed’s strategy to deliver enterprise customers with data integrations that speed and simplify the delivery of Indeed’s recruiting solutions.

You will coordinate the creation and adoption of Indeed’s APIs that enable the automated delivery of all Indeed solutions for our partners and enterprise customers.

As the Principal, Integrations Delivery you will be responsible for coordinating the building of our integrations, so that there is a clear vision for how and when key integrations will be built and available for use with our internal teams and external partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• You will Coordinate the deployment of our APIs and all integrations with our application partners who will use these assets to exchange data with their customers and Indeed.

• Evaluate integration possibilities with partners to advise and determine the scope and definition (or technical hurdles) for any future integrations, including the review of technical API architectures, security/privacy requirements, data elements, and any development requirements and specifications that the technical teams will need to build out any integration.
  
  

• Serve as a technical advisor to internal/external teams on our most complex issues regarding Indeeds APIs and integration solutions, providing technical knowledge and answers to questions regarding their use to sales and customer success teams.

• Serve as mentor to more junior team members of the team giving direction on how to handle various issues as they are encountered.
  
  

• Work with integration partners through the initial discovery discussions, the building and delivery of any customers technical architecture to work through any issues that arise during the building or go-live of any enterprise customers to insure fast and quality delivery of data.

• Monitor and report on ongoing performance and health of partner integrations; collaborate with partners to continuously optimize integrations and repair issues impeding integration performance; maintain and enhance dashboards used by all to measure against KPIs.

• Champion partner requirements and needs with internal teams in order to improve our products, guidelines, rules and best practices, with the goal of driving increased partner engagement and high performance integrations

• Initiates and executes projects that improve team efficiency.
  
  

• Coordinate integrations and implementations that utilize the Indeed and partner APIs to set expectations and determine the timing of availability and delivery.

• Ensure timely responses and customer service to our clients seeking integrations.

• Communicate enhancement/improvement/defect opportunities to management in order to improve the user experience for users of the integrations.

Who you are:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 6+ years of industry experience with large scale integrations & APIs

• Experience using a programming language for business process automation (Python, JavaScript, etc.)

• Tableau, and Tableau Prep Builder

• Familiarity with Javascript, JSON, REST APIs, and XML

• Understand the structure of web-based user interfaces, including HTML, CSS, URLs and URL parameters

• Working knowledge of SQL

• Excellent written, verbal, phone, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Experience understanding technology platforms with a deep experience within HR Technology vendors

• Understanding of how software is built including dependencies

• Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences, whether impromptu or using presentations / demos

• Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
