Program Manager - Ecommerce Distribution - Base Salary to 100k/year - Washington, DC

• Our client is an industry leading domestic and international distributor in the life sciences and industrial supply industries. The team is seeking a Program Manager to join their ecommerce team. The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and management of new programs/projects within the ecommerce division to increase workflow and overall efficiency.
  
• This role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in office, 2 at home/remote.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with interconnection projects related to ecommerce: online sales, user experience, increasing web traffic, etc
  
• Managing strategic direction for goal achievement
  
• Working with ecommerce team to develop, create, and improve departmental strategies
  
• Identifying inefficiencies and optimizing workflows to improve conversion rates and site performance
  
• Use of metrics to measure success of newly implemented projects
  
• Tracking project progress & red flags while relaying to team for improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business, Project Management, or related business degree
  
• 2+ years experience in a program or project coordination role within ecommerce industry
  
• Familiarity with websites is a plus: optimization, how they work, tracking metrics, etc
  
• Ability to use project management tools - Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Media teams to spearhead new projects, deliverables, and timelines

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary up to 100k/year along with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and 401k with employer match.
