About the Position
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial electrical projects in San Antonio, TX , with a focus on K-12 schools, churches, and other institutional facilities . This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring that all field operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong experience managing crews, coordinating schedules, and driving successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct all electrical field operations on assigned commercial projects.
- Manage and schedule electricians and subcontractors to meet production goals and project deadlines.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and company safety policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Oversee material ordering, deliveries, and daily field documentation.
- Conduct and enforce safety meetings and jobsite protocols.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to field teams.
