Job Responsibilities - Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional goals.

- Collaborate with Care Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive, all-encompassing approach to care.
- Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing progress beyond the clinic.
- Track and Record Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatments as necessary to keep patients on their recovery path.
Education Requirements - Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Participation in continuing education or postgraduate certifications is encouraged and supported.
Certification Requirements - Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
