Key Responsibilities
Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
Provide guidance on HR policies, employment laws, and compliance issues
Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
2-4 years of proven experience in Human Resources
Understanding of compensation policies and employment laws
General knowledge of P&L and budget processes
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
