Our client is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java / Angular)Location : Onsite in Austin, TXDuration : 12 months with possibility of extension

About the Role

As a Technical Lead, you will guide engineering teams to deliver highly scalable, reliable applications aligned with strategic technology goals. You will design and implement best-in-class authentication solutions for high-volume transaction systems, ensuring peak performance during critical market operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical teams to deliver applications that meet business timelines and budgets while adhering to strategic technology vision.
  • Design and implement robust authentication solutions for systems handling thousands of transactions per second with 99.999% availability.
  • Collaborate with Solution and Platform Architects to ensure compliance with architecture and design standards.
  • Advocate and enforce platform principles, guidelines, and coding standards.
  • Promote software agility and engineering excellence through best practices and automation.
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to foster creativity and high performance.
  • Establish and maintain development, testing, and automation standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Java and JavaScript (with frameworks such as Angular).
  • Experience in building web applications , preferably consumer-facing.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Cloud , REST APIs, and testing automation frameworks (JUnit, Karma, Cucumber, Java BDD).
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with .NET C#.
  • Knowledge of NIST Identity Standards.
  • Exposure to performance testing and engineering.
  • Experience deploying containerized applications on GCP or AWS .

    • Technical Skills

  • Languages : Java, JavaScript (Angular), .NET C# (nice to have)
  • Frameworks & Tools : Spring Cloud, REST APIs, CI / CD (GitHub Actions, Bamboo), Testing Automation (JUnit, Karma, Ruby, Cucumber)
  • Databases : MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • Operational Tools : Logging & monitoring (Splunk, BigQuery, Grafana)
  • Cloud & Deployment : Containerization, GCP / AWS
