Our compassionate teams serve over 60,000 patients daily, and now we're looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join us in a PRN capacity . If you're passionate about making a difference on your own schedule , this flexible role is for you!

Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans

Deliver therapy services in the home setting

Educate patients and families on daily living activities and adaptive equipment

Collaborate with physicians and care teams

Supervise COTAs and HHAs to ensure quality care

Document progress and adjust plans as needed

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Active, unrestricted OT license in your state

1+ year of clinical experience

Willingness to travel within your coverage area (up to 50%)

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance

Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Reporting To : Branch Director, Clinical Manager, or Clinical Supervisor
