Litigation Legal Secretary Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded AV-rated litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join its growing team in the Los Angeles office (downtown).

Its practice areas include insurance defense, general liability, employment law, workers’ compensation, and business litigation, serving a diverse client base ranging from Fortune 500 companies to major insurance carriers.
Position Overview
The firm is seeking a detail-oriented legal secretary with strong litigation support experience, particularly within insurance defense. This role will support attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Manage court filings, including state and federal e-filing (required)
- Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and case files
- Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
- Provide general administrative and litigation support
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of litigation legal secretary experience (insurance defense strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with e-filing systems (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000

- Hybrid schedule available after onboarding (~30 days), with up to 1 remote day per week
