This role is ideal for candidates who are detail - oriented, comfortable working with machinery, and committed to maintaining quality, safety, and documentation standards while collaborating closely with team members across shifts. Position OverviewThis Machine Operator role supports safe, efficient production by operating equipment, performing quality and labeling checks, and maintaining accurate documentation. It requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the physical ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Teamwork, reliability, and adherence to all safety and quality standards are essential to success in this position.What You’ll Do

• Follow all Safety, GMP, Food Safety, and Plant policies while operating machinery and performing production, labeling, and packaging tasks.
• Verify product accuracy by checking travelers, labels, quality standards, and performing required audits, inspections, and line clearances.
• Document all necessary production information, including reports, labels, dates, shifts, and nonconforming product handling.
• Communicate effectively with QA, supervisors, and team members, participating in meetings and shift handoffs.
• Support overall operations by completing assigned duties, maintaining safe work practices, and ensuring proper palletizing, sealing, and material handling.
