As an Application Engineer, you will lead process development for CNC machine tools. This includes tooling selection, testing, installation, startup, and runoff. You'll play a key role in delivering turnkey solutions and ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer part requirements to determine fixturing, tooling, grinding wheels, and processes for standard and turnkey projects.
• Conduct process acceptance and training sessions at both factory and customer sites.
• Perform machine demonstrations, time studies, feasibility evaluations, and sample part processing to support sales efforts.
• Provide application support for trade shows and open house events.
• Assist with prototype machine PLC testing and validation of mechanical and control software functions.
• Deliver technical phone support to customers, sales teams, and distributors.
• Stay current with industry advancements through training seminars and courses.

Qualifications

Salary Range : $80,000-$100,000
