Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of remote call center agents
Provide daily coaching, guidance, and performance management
Monitor KPIs, metrics, and overall team performance
Required Qualifications
Must have 1 year or more of recent Call Center Supervisor experience
Prior call center supervisor or management experience is required
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees at all performance levels
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Must be able to work the full schedule and provide a quiet remote workspace
