Step into a hands-on role at a fast-growing MSP serving commercial and government clients. Youll manage client IT environments, implement best practices, and provide strategic guidance while troubleshooting and stabilizing systems. This is a mix of senior-level technical work and client advisory responsibilities, perfect for someone ready to make a real impact.

What Youll Do :

  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows Server environments
  • Troubleshoot advanced server, cloud, and network issues (firewalls, VPNs, switches)
  • Advise clients on technology roadmaps and IT strategy
  • Conduct onboarding, quarterly documentation, backup, and DR testing
  • Reduce recurring support issues by stabilizing systems
  • Collaborate with engineers and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery

What You Bring :

  • 5+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year of MSP experience
  • Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft cloud and server platforms
  • Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
  • Client-focused with consultative advisory experience
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and share best practices
