As a Collections Specialist, your key role is to help customers achieve ownership of their tires and wheels by working with them to stay on track with their payment plans. You'll provide outstanding customer service in a supportive, family-oriented environment while making a real impact.
As a Collection Specialist at RNR Tire Express, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers on their journey to ownership. You'll oversee customer accounts by making outbound calls, sending texts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date communication logs. Your main goal is to help customers successfully acquire ownership of their products by offering support, guidance, and solutions. This role isn't just about collecting payments it's about building trust and helping people succeed.

What You'll Do
Help customers acquire ownership by assisting them in staying current on their payment plansBuild positive relationships with customers while working to resolve accountsCommunicate effectively via phone text and email to set up payment arrangementsUse empathy and negotiation skills to help customers meet their financial commitmentsMaintain accurate customer records and follow RNR's best practices for collectionsField Visits – Visit customers in the field to reestablish communication and assist with payment solutionsWork closely with store teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account resolutionWhat We're Looking For
Must have 2 or more years of collections and customer service experience – Rent to Own or Lease to Own experience is a plusStrong negotiation and communication skills – You know how to connect with people and find solutionsProblem solver and multitasker – You stay organized and focused even in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy and detail-oriented – You're comfortable using computers and tracking account informationBilingual Spanish English a plusWe Take Care of Our Team – Just Look at These Benefits
