Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and coach a team of 1520 licensed therapists.
• Provide clinical oversight by reviewing treatment plans, documentation, and progress notes.
• Monitor performance through client outcomes, feedback, retention data, and quality audits.
• Offer clinical and ethical consultation and serve as a trusted resource for therapist questions.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative culture aligned with Thriving Centers values and mission.
• Act as liaison between therapists and leadership, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion.
• Maintain a small caseload of 1015 clients, providing high-quality therapy services.
