Full job description About the Opportunity :

  • LifePro Recruitment is hiring entry-level sales professionals who want to start or grow their careers in remote sales.
  • We have qualified leads and step-by-step training to help you succeed in a performance-based, commission-only role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video with individuals who have requested information Identify client needs and offer tailored coverage solutions Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in our CRM Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions Work independently and meet individual performance goals What We Offer : Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential Warm, high-intent leads Remote work with flexible scheduling Access to ongoing coaching, scripts, and support Clear advancement path for motivated individuals Qualifications : No sales experience required—training provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and coachable Comfortable using basic digital tools (Zoom, CRM) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
