Strong working knowledge of EH&S regulations, compliance requirements Manufacturing Industry experience Job Responsibilities : Maintains all safety and accident records. Support audit contractor and EHS policies and standards. Develop and implement Safety programs. Comply with environmental management system for manufacturing facility. Generate and maintain documentation related to EHS initiatives. Contribute to administration of EHS programs. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Participates in site compliance, review, and audits (internal and external). Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement corrective actions to reduce hazards, prevent injuries, and minimize environmental impact-delivering timely, cost-effective solutions. Work closely with Human Resources to file incident reports, manage work restrictions, and coordinate light-duty assignments or accommodations as needed. Utilize corporate EHS software systems to track performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify safety trends Job Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management. Manufacturing Industry experience. Follow and implement OSHA regulations. Expert knowledge of safety system analysis. Safety training Strong working knowledge of EH&S regulations, compliance requirements. Continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to EH&S. Expert knowledge of safety system analysis. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify potential hazards or risks. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
