Our client is seeking a Controller to work under the direction of the CFO and assist with accounting management for their $40 million dollar company located in the Central Tampa area. This is a manufacturing company in the top of their field. You will have the opportunity to take part in some exciting projects as they are making improvements to their software and establishing internal controls. Our client offers a laid back atmosphere, where coworkers work hard and a supportive management team. They are in major growth mode as they project doubling their revenue in the next five years. The Controller ensures that senior management is kept informed of the organization's financial status, enabling informed decision-making aligned with strategic business goals.

Education and Certification Requirements:
Proven experience in finance management and accounting roles, particularly in a similar industry, with a minimum of five to seven years of financial management experience
