As a Security Guard - Industrial Patrol in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide an engaging presence. Your routine patrols and visible presence will contribute to a secure environment, while delivering excellent customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver's license and may include driving responsibilities as part of your daily duties.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter, observing for any irregularities and reporting as needed.

Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activity on the premises through visible presence and attentive patrols.

Monitor access points and help to verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the facility.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal procedures.

Support emergency response protocols specific to manufacturing and industrial environments, including assisting with evacuations or other urgent actions as directed.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
