Requirements. Minimum 1 year of experience (agency, facility, or private care). State background check (live scan). Negative TB test. Active home care aide (HCA) registration. Live scan reimbursement: if you're required to complete a live scan, we'll reimburse the cost after you've worked 100 hours with us (receipt required).

• Referral bonus details: earn $150 after your referral works 60 hours and another $150 after 120 hours. You must be actively employed at the time of referral and payout.
