Director of Strategic Finance

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide Finance initiatives, ensuring timely progress and measurable outcomes

Serve as a chief of staff to the CFO, managing priorities and ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives

Develop presentations and reports for senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree (MBA or related) preferred

At least ten years of experience in a Finance-related role, including leadership experience

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and managing complex initiatives

Experience in change management or organizational transformation efforts

Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, or modeling preferred
