The Emergency Center at Beaumont Troy is a fast-paced, high-acuity Level 2 trauma center. Seeing over 100,000 patients a year makes it the third busiest in the state. Scope Of Work

Assist the patient care team in stocking and maintaining equipment in the Emergency Room, provide patient care such as obtaining vital signs, applying monitors, transporting EC Service Line patients to and from testing and to the patient care units, and in certain circumstances, to provide companionship and observation to patients in order to limit purposeful or non-purposeful self-inflicted injury.

Orientation

This position requires 3 days of corporate orientation. The schedule is Monday-Wednesday, 7am-3 : 30pm.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Related patient care experience preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support required.
