Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in either inpatient or outpatient environments and develop personalized treatment strategies
• Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercise routines
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress following facility and regulatory standards
