Who are we looking for?
A motivated and organized CRM & Online Sales Coordinator to help us take our online sales to the next level. This person will lead the setup and day-to-day management of the CRM platform, support online sales efforts, and help automate and improve how we communicate with our customers around the world.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves turning chaos into structure and enjoys working at the intersection of sales, customer experience and technology.
What will you be in charge of?
- Selecting, launching, and configuring a CRM system from scratch to support our sales and customer communication processes.
- Keeping the CRM system organized and optimized for team use.
- Coordinating the use of the CRM within the sales team - making sure everyone uses it effectively and consistently.
- Automating key parts of the sales funnel, such as follow-up emails and reminders.
- Supporting sales activities through channels like e-mail, chat and phone calls.
- Helping plan and coordinate special offers, product bundles, and promotions.
- Analyzing sales and customer data to improve processes and boost results.
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to make sure tools and processes work together smoothly.
- Training and supporting sales team members.
What do we expect from the candidates?
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Good understanding of online sales and digital customer journeys.
- Knowledge of sales funnels, sales technique and customer communication.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve existing workflows.
