The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by managing schedules, correspondence, reports, and filing systems, while assisting staff and management with meetings, projects, and database management using strong organizational and communication skills.
What it's like to work as an Administrative Assistant :
- Administering all testing for local applicants and coordinating badging and vetting
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of local employees
- Maintain employee schedules
- Daily management of timekeeping entries, payroll, and assisting with issues
- Handling HR related issues, communication with corporate and file management
- Handle any reports or information requested by Station Management
- Can work on client specific supply orders, reporting, and compliance
- Maintains a strong working relationship with airline partners
- Can demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
- Utilizing excellent communication skills for client interaction
- Employing problem solving abilities for issue resolution
- Exemplifying PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesMust have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving recordCommunicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)Bilingual in English / Spanish a plus2 Years experience as an Admin or Administrative AssistantExperience in customer service requiredIntermediate / Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads / Tablets, Computers, and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic meansPass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Airlines are 24 / 7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
