Compensation & Benefits

Salary & Bonus Potential $80,000 - $100,000 Competitive salary coupled with uncapped Utilization Bonus Potential per pay period (realistic opportunities).

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Treatment Design : Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to design individualized treatment plans of care .

Program Development : Design and implement positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans, using innovative treatment techniques to improve clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.

Supervision and Training : Supervise, train, implement, and monitor the progress of ABA technicians (RBTs), ensuring the gold standard of care is delivered consistently.

Family Collaboration : Provide caring support and training during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.

Data Analysis & Modification : Continuously graph data , adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.

Service Delivery : Deliver compassionate, individually tailored treatment plans across various settings, including center, home, and school-based services .

Qualifications

Certification : Valid BCBA Certificate issued by the BACB.

Experience : Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Logistics : Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and a valid driver's license.

Schedule : Monday to Friday.

Travel Requirement : Up to 25% travel.
