Curative Representative

A company is looking for a Curative Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of administrative duties to assist in the escrow process

Work with borrowers and lenders to obtain necessary items to clear title

Prepare documents for closing and manage the complete disbursement of escrow transactions

Required Qualifications

Intermediate level understanding of functional tasks

Experience or knowledge in residential title work is preferred

Familiarity with MS Office suite

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly

Strong organizational skills
