What’s a typical day as a Social Media Manager 1? You’ll be :

Managing the development, implementation, and coordination of social media strategies for internal and external audiences.

Supporting the company’s communication goals by projecting a clear, consistent corporate message across social channels.

Consulting with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and communication objectives.

Monitoring social media engagement, analyzing response patterns, and making data-driven recommendations.

Representing the company voice to online communities, analysts, media, and the general public.

Assisting in the selection, development, and evaluation of content and processes that ensure efficient social media operations.

Minimum Qualifications :

0–3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, communications, or related fields.

Fluent in German (required).

Knowledge of PC gaming culture and / or hands-on gaming experience is strongly preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to analyze social engagement metrics and provide meaningful insights.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience managing corporate or brand social media channels.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms.

Knowledge of community engagement best practices.

Experience working with international audiences or multilingual communication.
